What you leave with
Voices from past programs
From earlier Founder's Find programs.
“I went from sending 200 cold applications with no replies to three founder's office offers in six weeks. The simulation portfolio did the talking before I did.”
Ananya K.
Now Chief of Staff, Series A SaaS
“Every other program teaches frameworks. This one made me sit with real founder problems until my thinking changed. That's the only thing that actually transfers.”
Rishi P.
Strategy Associate, Consumer Internet
“I was a final-year student competing against people with five years of experience. The portfolio levelled the field. The mentor intros closed the offer.”
Meher S.
Founder's Office, Climate-Tech
“The eight weeks were brutal in the best way. I left with a way of thinking I now use every single day on the job.”
Vikram R.
Special Projects, D2C Unicorn
Questions
Founder's Find is an 8-week program that prepares you for a Founder's Office role. It runs live and online, with six mentor-led sessions, weekly decision-making simulations, three masterclasses, and placement support. It is built for people with no prior Founder's Office experience.
Final-year and pre-final-year students, working professionals with 0 to 2 years of experience, and job seekers targeting Founder's Office, Strategy and Product roles. No prior startup experience is required.
The program fee is Rs. 34,999. With an earned scholarship the fee starts from Rs. 24,999. The scholarship is merit-based and worth up to Rs. 10,000 off.
You solve three real Founder's Office problems as part of the application. Your answers are scored on the quality of your thinking, not your CV. The stronger the reasoning, the larger the scholarship, up to Rs. 10,000. Decisions are made within 48 hours of applying.
No. The application and the scholarship assessment are free. You only pay if you are offered a seat and choose to take it.
25 seats per cohort, allocated in order of application. The cap exists so every participant gets mentor attention during live sessions and simulations.
Roughly six hours a week across eight weeks. That covers one live mentor session, a decision-making simulation, and the week's reading. Sessions run on Sundays and weekday evenings in IST, and every session is recorded.
Working operators, founders, CFOs and product leaders, including people from MyCaptain, Hiver, Newton School, Imarticus and ISB. They teach the sessions themselves rather than handing them to instructors.
A simulation-backed resume and proof-of-skill portfolio, a structured system for applying to 100 or more relevant roles, outreach and referral guidance, and mock interviews covering Founder's Office case rounds and founder conversations.
Neither. It is a selection process with placement support. You do real Founder's Office work, build evidence of how you think, and get help applying and interviewing. No outcome is guaranteed, and any program that guarantees one is worth questioning.
This is not a rolling admission program. When seats fill, they fill. The scholarship application takes 15 minutes. The decision takes 48 hours. If you are reading this, seats are still open.
No payment required to apply. Scholarship offer sent within 48 hours on WhatsApp and email.
